Description of project
The Pluto LNG project processes gas from the offshore Pluto and Xena fields in Western Australia. Gas is piped through an approximately 180 km pipeline to an onshore LNG processing train. The Pluto LNG project consists of the Pluto offshore platform, pipeline and onshore processing plant. The Pluto platform is located in Commonwealth waters approximately 174 km north-west of Karratha, Western Australia and has been in operation since 2012.
