Description of project
Cooper Energy’s Casino-Henry-Netherby (CHN) offshore development consists of the Casino, Henry and Netherby gas fields along with associated subsea infrastructure. There are a total of 4 producing gas wells. The infrastructure includes a subsea pipeline and a subsea control umbilical to the onshore Iona Gas Plant.
Offshore operations involve gas production from the subsea wells plus periodic inspection, maintenance and repair activities.
Production from the Casino wells commenced in February 2006 and production from the Henry and Netherby wells commenced in February 2010.
The CHN fields are located in water depths ranging from 63 to 70 metres approximately 30 km southwest of Port Campbell on the Otway coastline, Victoria.
