The Julimar Subsea Installation Activity will be taking place over previously installed infrastructure.
Subsea facilities will be installed in petroleum production licence WA-49-L. This and the pipeline license area are contained within a larger ‘operational area’. The operational area defines the boundary within which the activity described in the EP will occur. The operational area is approximately 47 km from the WA coastline.
Activities are scheduled to occur in a window between August 2015 and March 2016, although the activity could occur outside of this defined window. The latest date for completion of the activity is December 2016.
The activity will be carried out 24 hours per day, seven days per week over two separate phases. It is envisaged that the two phases will be carried out by two different vessels.
