The Brunello wells are located within petroleum production licence WA-49-L and the associated flowlines are in petroleum pipeline licence WA-26-PL within Commonwealth waters. The Operational Area, which incorporates the pipeline in petroleum pipeline licence WA-26-L is approximately 25 km long and 3 km wide with water depths ranging from approximately 70 to 150 m.
The proposed activities are scheduled to commence in Quarter 2 2016.
ACTIVITY SUMMARY
Activities to be undertaken include:
Vessel based preparation of the subsea infrastructure including:
Dewatering and drying of flowlines
Suspension of flowlines prior to the introduction of hydrocarbons
Start-up and operation of the Brunello wells and associated subsea infrastructure
Subsea inspection, maintenance and repair activities using vessels to conduct the following activity types:
inspections and surveys (including use of remotely operated vehicles and side scan sonar)
Intervention on subsea infrastructure
Seabed intervention for pipeline scour protection or stabilisation.
