The Bream EP covers all activities relating to hydrocarbon production from the following facilities and transport of hydrocarbons in the following pipelines:
• Bream A platform (Production Licence VIC/L13);
• Bream B platform (Production Licence VIC/L14);
• BMA-VS3-350 Gas (Licensed Pipeline VIC/PL32);
• BMA-WKF400 Oil (Licensed Pipeline VIC/PL20); and
• BMB-BMA250 Oil (Licensed Pipeline VIC/PL26).
Ongoing operational, maintenance, and construction (brownfields) activities will be conducted on these facilities and pipelines over the next five years, as well as wellwork operations on the Bream A and Bream B platforms.
Esso Australia Resources Pty Ltd (“Esso”) is the operator and a titleholder of the abovementioned production licences and licenced petroleum pipelines. ExxonMobil Australia is the holding company for the Esso and Mobil companies in Australia.
The Bream A (BMA) platform is located approximately 46 km off the Gippsland coast in approximately 59 m of water depth. The Bream B (BMB) platform is located approximately 51 km off the Gippsland coast in approximately 61 m of water depth.
The BMA platform is connected to the shore by the BMA-VS3-350 pipeline and to the West Kingfish (WKF) platform by the BMA-WKF400 pipeline. The BMB platform is connected to the BMA platform by the BMB-BMA250 pipeline.
